This page explains how promotional discounts, discount codes, and special offers may apply to purchases made through pemravo.com.
1. Available Discounts
From time to time, promotional discounts or special offers may be made available through our website, email communications, or other approved promotional channels.
Available discounts may vary by promotion, product, order value, customer eligibility, or promotional period.
2. Discount Codes
Where a promotion requires a discount code, the applicable code should be entered during checkout before the order is completed.
A discount cannot normally be added to an order after the transaction has already been completed unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion.
3. Promotional Conditions

5. Shipping and Discounts
Product discounts do not change or waive the applicable shipping charge.
Shipping services and charges remain subject to our Shipping Policy. We do not currently offer a free shipping promotion or free shipping threshold.
6. Returns on Discounted Orders
Products purchased with an eligible discount may still be returned when they meet the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.
The use of a discount does not remove any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
7. Refund Amounts for Discounted Purchases
When an approved refund relates to an item purchased at a discounted price, the refund will normally be based on the amount actually paid for that item rather than its original undiscounted price.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and Payment Policy.
8. Errors and Misuse
If a discount is applied because of an obvious technical error, unauthorized use, manipulation, or misuse of a promotional code, we may review the affected order and contact the customer where clarification is needed.
Any adjustment will be handled reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.
9. Promotion Changes
Promotional offers may be changed, suspended, or ended when reasonably necessary, including when a stated promotional period expires, inventory becomes unavailable, or a technical issue affects the promotion.
Changes will not affect discounts already validly applied to completed orders unless otherwise required by law.
